Are you struggling with feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and anxious? Maybe you've experienced something difficult or a new transition into college. I work with college students who are struggling to adjust, feeling stuck and want to feel more connected to themselves. Whether you've experienced a sexual assault or something traumatic, or are looking to understand yourself better, I am here to be a safe part of your journey. As a therapist, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship (a.k.a open communication and safety in our sessions). If you're looking to heal symptoms stemming from anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, feel free to reach out!
